What we have

  • Free Wifi for your devices (can be spotty and slow)Hole in One has wifi can be slower after 10 GB each month, other creekside cottages have high speed Internet
  • Linens and towels
  • Queen Beds (the Hanky Panky, Bearidise Ridge cottage and Stoney Fork have King Beds)
  • Pots, pans, salt and pepper, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper
  • Microwave, stove, fridge w/ freezer and Icemaker,dishwasher,toaster, coffee maker & filters
  • Satellite TV with  HBO/Cinemax and lots of music channels(local channel is 13 for news and wheather)The Bearadise Ridge, Hole in One and Cozy Creek Cottages do have a TVs in the master bedroom
  • Gas fireplace –  operational from Oct – April.   Dreamin Hollow has an Electric Fireplace operational year round
  • Gas grill
  • Heat and Air Conditioning
  • Washer, dryer,laundry soap
  • Ashtray for smoking outside on the porch only. Absolutely No Smoking Inside ($200 Fee if smoke or damage is found)
  • No Candles Allowed inside or outside (there will be a $200 fee if any wax, candles or signs of candles are found)
  • Emergency phone is located in the wellhouse.
  • No campfires allowed on the premises. (Bearidise Ridge, Stoney Fork and Cozy Creekside Cottage have  firepits please use them responsibly and bring your own firewood)
  • We have many good books in the cabins 

What You Need to Bring


  • Groceries- There are many grocery stores within a short drive. There is also a Bojangles and 2 Family Restaurants within 10 minutes(Maimi or Hwy 151 Restaurant), and a gas station(Valley Market) with many staples within 5 minutes of the cabins.
  • Cell Phone – Most cell phones get out well while in Asheville, but not too well at the cabins, if you choose to bring one,  US Cellular, Verizon work pretty well and  AT&T, or Sprint don’t work as well .
  • Personal toiletries  –  Soap, Shampoo, hair dryer, and shaving cream.
  • Clothing – Sweater, coat and  Hiking boots You can also throw wet clothes in the dryer if you happen to get caught out in a downpour.
  • Bathing Suit (absolutely not, you are on a private romantic vacation)
  • Camera  we like to receive pictures and comments from our guests, you can email them to us and we might post them on the web site
